Akilah Anderson is a seasoned health and wellness professional with over 10 years of experience. Her journey into the wellness field began with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, where she focused her studies on Health, Human Performance, and Recreation. Driven by a desire to expand her knowledge of healing practices, Akilah pursued further education at Pacific College of Health and Science, where she earned her Therapeutic Massage Therapy and Asian Body Work certificate. In addition to her core training, Akilah is also certified as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, Reiki practitioner, and breathwork/meditation teacher, allowing her to offer a comprehensive and integrative approach to her clients’ well-being.

Akilah’s work is deeply rooted in her passion for Mind/Body medicine, which has not only transformed her own life but also inspires her to share these powerful practices with others. She is excited to bring her holistic approach to the community, blending Western and Eastern healing traditions to create personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual. Whether she is providing therapeutic massage, teaching meditation, guiding breathwork, or helping clients build strength through fitness, Akilah’s goal is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health, balance, and mindfulness.

When she’s not studying or working with clients, Akilah enjoys spending time in nature, which serves as a source of rejuvenation and inspiration. Her love for martial arts has also played a significant role in her wellness journey, contributing to her discipline and focus. Akilah finds joy in dancing, attending concerts, and exploring new places through travel and road trips. These activities not only enrich her personal life but also help her stay grounded and connected to her own sense of vitality, something she encourages her clients to do as well.
